Hazleton, PA - Penn State Hazleton returned to Penn State University Athletic Conference after having their 10 game win streak snapped on the road. The friendly confines Penn State Hazleton were good to the Lady Lions on Saturday, with a pair of shutout victories against PSU Mont Alto. Hazleton survived a close contest in game one by a score of 2-0 and picked up the hitting in game two, ending the contest 8-0 in five innings.

Bottom 1: After two quick outs in the inning, Brianna Grunza doubled to put herself in scoring position for the Lady Lions. Grunza was able to trot home on the next play as Anrea Quillman pelted her ninth home run of the season, putting the Lions up for good at 2-0.

Bottom 4: Hazleton puts the game out of reach scoring three runs on three hits in the inning from Sara Stauffer, Brianna Grunza, and Quillman, giving Hazleton the 8-0 adavantage.
