Hazleton Nittany Lion Softball is pleased to welcome Kendall Lobb for the 2022-23 season!

Lobb, is a veteran of the Pen Argyl Area High School and Bethlehem Steal softball teams where she has served in numerous roles as a utility player. Kendall has played four years at the varsity level in high school and co-captained Pen Argyl to a second place ranking in the Eastern Division of the Colonial Conference to date. Lobb has also spent five years with the Bethlehem Steal (formerly Fasst Elite Softball) travel team where she won a pair of tournament championships including a Patriot's Park title in Allentown, Pa. and another at the In the Net Sports Complex in Palmyra, Pa.
"Kendall's versatility will be a huge asset to next year's team," said Head Coach Jeff Tomb. Her ability to play all three outfield positions in addition to the infield will give her a great opportunity to make an immediate impact on the program and we're looking forward to seeing her have success at the next level."
Kendall is excited to open a new chapter in her athletic and academic career. Lobb earned accolades in high school, earning greater than a 94 average in each of her classes as a freshman and sophomore in high school, leading to her acceptance into the National Honor Society as a junior. Now as she looks to the future, Kendall plans to successfully balance her softball career with the continuation of her academics, eventually leading her towards her desired career path. Kendall plans to major in Psychology at Penn State and will look to utilize those skills in the field of advertising.
