Alexis Daly named PSUAC Player of the Week

Hazleton, Pa. - Senior forward Alexis Daly (New Albany, Pa.) has been named Player of the Week by the Penn State University Athletic Conference. In a victory over Penn State Schuylkill on January 20, Daly posted a season high 22 points, adding 11 rebounds and two steals in a resounding 76-33 defeat of the local rival. 

Since returning from the winter break, Daly has posted four straight double-doubles to help lead the no. 2 ranked Lady Lions basketball squad to a 3-1 in the new year. Over the four game stretch, the senior is averaging 17 points and 11.25 rebounds per game. For the season, Daly ranks third in scoring amongst Penn State University Athletic Conference competitors, averaging 16.7 points per contest.
