White named softball's top hitter of the week by PSUAC

Hazleton, Pa. - Freshman Teddi White (Parsippany - Troy Hills, Nj.) has been named hitter of the week by the PSUAC. The first baseman/outfielder went 5-8 in the March 18 double-header at Cairn University, leading her team to a two game sweep over the NCAA III opponent. White's five hits produced four RBI and four runs scored in the team's first contests since returning to Pennsylvania. 

For the season, the freshman now stands with a .355 batting average with two home runs. White has driven in seven RBI while scoring eight times in 11 games played.
