Student-Athlete Awards Banquet Canceled

Hazleton, Pa. - Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation around the country and Penn State's extension of remote learning for the duration of the spring semester, the annual Student-Athlete Awards Banquet has been canceled. Penn State is committed to the health, well-being and safety of students, faculty and staff and while this is a disappointing decision, we recognize the importance of prohibiting large gatherings.

Our coaching staff and administrators are determined to support our student-athletes to be engaged and successful in this new environment of learning. We have had a tremendous year full of athletic and academic success and continue to develop alternative ways to distribute awards and recognize the amazing achievements by our student-athletes during the 2019-20 seasons throughout the spring semester.
