Spectator Policy Announcement

Hazleton, Pa. - Spectators will be permitted at spring sporting events hosted by Penn State Hazleton. All, players, coaches, officials, staff members and spectators will adhere to federal, state, local and University guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 mitigation efforts. Policies listed below shall apply to all home baseball, softball and golf events sponsored by the campus.
- Fans are encouraged to limit exposure to and spread of Covid-19 by staying home and following live statistics courtesy of psuhazletonsports.com.
- Spectators in attendance are required to wear CDC compliant face coverings at all times while at the venue. Face coverings should be multi-layered and completely cover an individual's mouth and nose.
- Bleacher seating will not be available on site. All fans in attendance are encouraged to bring their own portable seating.
- All spectators will be restricted to outfield viewing areas. Spectators will not be permitted in and around the dugout area or behind home plate at any time before, during or after the game(s).
- Fans should not physically interact with athletes from either team prior to games, during play or during the intermission of a double header. Following the game(s), player interactions with spectators should occur in the parking lot or off-site.
- All fans should observe social distancing practices while on site and maintain six feet of separation from other individuals outside their immediate family unit.
- Spectators who are not in compliance with Covid-19 mitigation efforts may be asked to leave the premises at any time.
