Voted to the Honorable Mention All-Conference Team of the Penn State University Athletic Conference hitting in the heart of the Hazleton line up. Notched nine extra base hits (eight doubles and one home run) throughout the 2017 season, good for the seventh highest total in the conference while playing six fewer games than the league leaders. Ended the year with a .304 batting average that netted him 10 RBI's and 15 runs scored while having a OBP of .409 and a SLG of .500. Started all 17 games for Hazleton either at second base or on the mound. Achieved academic honors being named to the Dean's List.

After a strong start Hazleton led the University of Valley Forge 8-3 in the 4th inning. However, their pitching and defense collapsed and allowed the Patriots to score 6 runs in the bottom of the 4th and would later surrender 7 more runs in the remaining innings allowing Valley Forge to take the 16-11 win.

Hazleton gave up three unearned runs in the 3rd inning to give Valley Forge a lead, but fought back behind a stellar pitching performance by Colin Stauffer to get their first win of the 2018 season taking the game with a 9-5 win. The game was called after six innings due to darkness.

The game was played at the Ripkin Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC as both teams are down south for their Spring Training schedule.
