2017
Michalesko started all 17 games for the Nittany Lions either in the Outfield or on the mound. He collected 17 hits and 15 walks with one triple, a homer and nine RBI's while batting .347. He had an OBP of .500 and a SLG of .449. On the mound he was tabbed as the number two man in the Lion's starting rotation, getting five starts and going 2-3 with two complete games. He will once again share mound and outfield duties in 2018.

After a strong start Hazleton led the University of Valley Forge 8-3 in the 4th inning. However, their pitching and defense collapsed and allowed the Patriots to score 6 runs in the bottom of the 4th and would later surrender 7 more runs in the remaining innings allowing Valley Forge to take the 16-11 win.

PSU Hazleton played its best game of the Spring Training trip to the RIpkin Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC in the second game of a double-header, but still fell to PSU Greater Allegheny 6-3 ending the road trip at 0-5.

The Penn State Hazleton Baseball team opened its 2018 campaign tonight and fell to the 2017 National Junior College Athletic Association DII National Champions Kankakee Community College 17-2. The game was played at the Ripkin Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC as both teams are down south for their Spring Training schedule.
