Yocum named USCAA Keeper of the week

Hazleton, Pa. - For the second time this season, freshman Brandon Yocum has been named goalkeeper of the week by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. Yocum earned the win in the net for Hazleton in the team's 6-2 win over Penn State Mont Alto on Saturday, October 29, then followed up that performance with a nine save effort in the team's thrilling semifinal win at Penn State Beaver on Monday, October 31. Following two scoreless overtime periods, the game was set to be decided by penalty kicks. Yocum made three consecutive stops against Beaver attackers to shut out the home team and help send the Nittany Lions to the Penn State University Athletic Conference championship game.
